Thor has been quietly seeking input from leaders in different corners of the community--especially the corners that will likely be quoted in newspapers later. Any plan will require rezoning of the industrial lot, which buttresses maritime operations in the Erie Basin. Thor will eventually present a development plan with a mix of residential and retail. A Legal Seafood restaurant has been mentioned as one possibility.

Demolition trucks have been seen on the property, but there are currently no permits pending with the Department of Buildings.
